With the announcement of the Killswitch case for the ROG Ally coming from Dbrand, there was also a mention of skins on the store page that indicated we could be seeing some coming. At first, it seemed like this was an error due to a response Dbrand gave 5 months ago where they said no ROG Ally skins were going to be made. We decided to reach out to our Dbrand rep, and from there, got confirmation that skins for the ROG Ally are on the way!
We got confirmation that the skins would be released for the case only, which means it will only cover parts that aren’t covered by the case and will come in the full Dbrand catalog of available skins. This means we could see colors like Green, Blue, and Red and some Premium designs like the Magma, Soulstice, and hopefully a Teardown!
We actually did get a little preview of the Matte Black skin on the ROG Ally with the Killswitch announcement, which can be seen in the spinning screenshot on their website:
I assume the pricing will be around the same, with skins ranging from $19.99 to $49.95 for the most premium. Ultimately, I would love to see a skin on my ROG Ally. I am looking forward to seeing how these look with the Killswitch case!
