AYN Odin 2 Gets New Update with Maximum Vibration Setting and More Bug Fixes

A new update was released for the AYN Odin 2 that fixes up some bugs and adds a new setting.

The AYN Odin 2 is one of the reigning kings of handheld emulation, and for good reason. This powerful device is capable of running a ton of games, including Nintendo Switch titles, while still being extremely comfortable and having a range of features to make your gaming easier. And yesterday, a new update was pushed out for the device to fix some issues and add a new vibration setting!

Announced on the AYN Discord server, the new update primarily addresses some bugs that needed fixing. These include APK installs freezing, the battery level showing a decrease when there wasn’t any, fixing input issues from third-party devices, and a screen dimming issue when pressing some keys in different emulators. There was also a new setting added to maximize vibration for the device if that’s something you’d like.

You can download the update from the Odin 2’s settings.

You can get the AYN Odin 2 on AYN’s website. Currently, only the Pro and Max version are available, and each are $369 and $459. I have the Pro version myself and our review of it will be releasing next week!
